Group Exercise Class Schedule

STATION TRAINING:  Enjoy an energetic workout moving from station to station where you will be challenged to increase balance, stability, strength, and cardio vascular endurance through the use of our functional training tools.

 

PILATES:  Strengthen the core, improve posture and gain long lean muscle tone through the practice of Pilates, a gentle but intense workout for all fitness levels.

 

BODY WORK STRETCH:  Learn self myofascial release, stretching technique and core strength basics also incorporates Reembody methodology.

FIT FOR FUNCTION:  Chair-based stability, balance and core strengthening class. Perfect for those overcoming obesity, illness, injury, and other mobility issues.
